Tanner~ New York State

Dear Mama Sue,

I'm having such a wonderful time with my new family. I love my Rudolf plush toy, and my blue bone. I lay in my crate everynight in my mommy's room. I love jumping around in the snow, running, and chasing balls. I go to sleep everytime Marissa plays piano music.
I miss you and the High Calling Cocker family very much. I hope everything is doing good on your end. I love the new pictures of Sophie's new puppies. I sit on Marissa's lap looking at their pictures.
I want to thank you for placing me with a family that cares and gives me lots of love. I will pose for future pictures to come.

Love and miss you Mama Sue!

Blossom from Vermont~

Hi Sue-

Our little bundle of joy is doing especially well. She has learned to sit and lay down and loves her treats for doing such things. She is getting very big I have noticed lately that her legs have gotten long, she is growing way too fast. She loves all of her toys and there is one of our cats (siamese - Goliath) who plays with her everyday. She is getting spayed next Wed. the 25th. I hope you have been able to rest as it won't be long and you will have some more precious babies to help deliver. I can not wait to see them either! Until we talk again, may God watch over you and your family.

God bless you

Tam & Blossom

Dear Mama Sue,

I want to tell you how happy I am at my new home. I have a big house and yard to run in. There is a really long hall that my new mommy rolls the ball and I run after it and go sliding on the hardwood floor. I think she enjoys this because she has me do it all the time. I love my new mom, she takes such good care of me, she bought me a lot of new things and always makes sure that me and my stuff are clean. It did not take long for me to make her understand that I WOULD NOT wear a bow in my hair. I also have an extended family, a big brother and sister, a grandma they, of course, think I'm fabulous, I love when they play with me. I also have 2 elderly Cocker Spaniels from my sister and grandma to play with. I think I am the most beautiful Cocker Spaniel in the world because my family keeps saying so over and over again. And now let me tell you about the big guy, my new dad gets up every morning to take me outside. Some mornings are quite an adventure, but I think I am getting it (if you know what I mean). I can tell that my dad really needs me, he has told me all about his other buddy that he misses so much. He tells me now, that I've done a good job in filling that hole in his heart. We have a lot of fun together. I really enjoy teasing him and making him get me. They say I'm smart and learn quickly, but I must say that they are pretty easy to train theirselves. I had my first visit to the vet's office. Things went pretty well, I weigh 10 pounds, I've doubled my weight since I came to live here. Will send some new pictures soon, having a bad hair day today.

I would have written sooner, but I have just learned to write.

Yours,
Annabelle

Spencer from Connecticut

Hope all is well.

I wanted to send you some new pictures of the little man. He is going to his last Puppy Star obedience class tonight. He has learned a few things. Sometimes he is so good and other times, he is ALL boy. He does not like his rubber toys so much, and misses his plush toys. So we try to play ball at night to keep him out of trouble. He likes to catapult off the back of the couch. We get such a kick out of him!

Hugs,
Valerie & Guy

Hi Sue -

What beautiful little bundles Sophie and Cubby have created. It was not that long ago I remember looking at such familiar faces and pink noses. I love what you have called them and the pictures with all of the beautiful flowers, looks like you had a very nice Valentine's Day and well deserved. The website as usual looks very festive. You make so many people's hearts sing with joy and for that we are very grateful! Blossom sends her love to all at High Calling Cockers.

Dear Momma Sue,
My Momma Sharon just let me see the pictures of my doggie Momma Sophie and my newest half brothers and sisters. Looks like my wee sister Robin will live in Michigan just like me...hee, hee.
We just gots home from my old home in the UP...boy did I ever gets to see lots and lots of snow. We stayed with Daddy Syd's friends who live in a place up there called Christmas, right on that big scary lake Superior...but guess what Momma Sue...the water was stiff! The place was Christmas, but I never did see Santa Claus neither, shucks, cause I was gonna ask him for a new toy. Them people who's house I slept in had a great big dog my daddy Syd called a German Shepherd. Her name was Mya but I just called her fur-face, cause I didn't like her, but she just ignored me when I barked at'er.

Well, Momma Sharon says we must go unpack now, but I just had to give you a bark and let you know I think my doggie Momma Sophie has the bestest kids around.
This here is a picture of me sleepin' and that's my dear Pinky Binky...I carry it with me always...Momma Sharon says its ucky, but I LOVE IT!!!!!

I love you Momma Sue,
Still your wee Peanut (Bonny Wee Lass)

Dear Mama Sue,

I just came back from my new Vet. Dr. Michelle Brownstein. She just loved me! and said I am a beautiful and healthy Boy. She said I am very healthy and I weigh 6.2lbs.
She thought I should move to ProPlan Adult Food because I am so active it might satisfy me more cause I am always hungry.
And then the best part! She gave me a rawhide chew and said I should chew it for 15 minutes after I eat to satisfy my chewing and clean my teeth too.

Hope you are all well and that my Brothers and Sisters have gone to nice homes too. I am very happy here and my Dr. said you gave me a great start.

Happy Valentine's Day. I Love you!

Buddy from North Carolina~

Jeff and Karen flew to Buffalo yesterday and picked up their newest addition to the family, "Buddy". He will join his new friend, "Biscuit". They picked him up a few weeks ago, and will all now be one big happy family! :") God has been so good to us in providing such loving families for my cocker babies!!!

Dasher from Pennsylvania~

Joe and Laura drove up from Pennsylvania to pick up their new baby boy, Dasher! Little Dash was quite smitten with Joe, and I'm pretty sure the feeling was mutual. Dasher couldn't stop giving Joe puppy kisses! :") I'm so happy he has gone to such a loving home!

Mandi and Lexi~ Washington State

Debby flew in and picked up Mandi and Lexi at the Buffalo Airport. It was so nice to finally meet her in person! She made it back home to the state of Washington with her two new little girls traveling as carry-ons. May the good Lord grant them many years of happiness together!

Hi Sue, We’re having so much fun with Pyper, she is a cutie. She is adjusting really well. We drove all the way back home last night and she was perfect. When we got home we played for awhile then I put her in her kennel she slept all night without whining. She sends her love. Many thanks to you, Emily & Dick

Cody from New York State~

Dear Mama Sue,

I had a good ride to my new home yesterday. When I got in the house I did my business, but my new Mom & Dad know I was just marking my territory.

For the most part I have been doing wee on the pads they put down for me. They are so proud of me.

I woke up a couple times during the nite and cried for you a little but my new Mom wrapped me in my blue blanket you gave me and she rocked me a little in her arms and then I went back to sleep.

I think its going to be pretty good here. I have new toys and crates and beds for the house and the car.

I'm getting used to it today, lots of new things to see and new noises to figure out where they are coming from. The food is good and I am eating like a little piggy.

I think I know my name pretty well, cause I turn my head to look when they call me. Been giving my new Mom lots of kisses.

I'll let you know how I am doing and send you pix for you and my Mom and Dad there.

Love you always, (kisses too)

Cody

Hi Susan,
I'm hoping you're warm and cozy these days. Mommy told me about your furnace, and your terrible fall.
I hope that is all in the past and you are feeling better.

I've been keeping warm and cozy under this new quilt Mommy's cousin made for her this Christmas. Isn't it pretty?

Love,
HC Angel Face
