Berry College Eagles~

Berry College Eagles

Thought you all might like to watch the Berry College eagles live cam. This pair has two new hatchlings and are doing their best to keep them warm. It's even cold in Georgia, where Berry College is located!

"Miss Emily" and "Cooper" ~ the Shaggy Pups of Quincy, Massachusetts~

Hi Mama Sue,

Thought we would send along a few pictures
of our perpetual winter up here in Quincy. We
have so much snow, we can't even go out and
play in it; there are so many mounds of that white
stuff, we can't see much of anything. We are
waiting patiently for Spring to arrive, but in the
meantime we take a lot of naps with our Daddy.

Mom is hoping that by March we will be able to
get over to the groomers; we are both in desperate
need of haircuts - right now we are known as the
"Shaggy Pups" of Quincy.

Love,

Emily & Cooper

"Miss Sunny Bunny" from Harriman, Tennessee~

Dear Sue:

Hope this greeting finds you and all of your family well!

Today (February 6th) Bunny celebrates her second birthday. Since she was from your very last litter of Cocker puppies, she's certainly a very special girl. Bunny also wants to wish her three sisters and two brothers "Happy Birthday."

Fondly,
John, Kay, Biscuit, and Bunny

"Mikey" and "Bailey" from Indian Harbour Beach, Florida~

Hi!  I just got groomed and I'm so pretty now!
Father and Son (Mikey and Bailey)

I retired to Florida and now I'm tired!

"Miss Sasha" from Toronto, Ontario, Canada~

Hello Susan,

We hope that this finds you and your family healthy and happy. As you know, this winter seems to be going on and on.

This winter season we are keeping Sasha's coat longish to protect her from the bitter cold but her 'skirts' are shorter than in summer since they collect snow that becomes tats. Sasha likes to burrow in the blankets and cuddle with us so you can be assured that she is warm and loved.

On Sunday Feb 8th, it will be exactly 3 years since we met you and fell in love with Sasha at first sight. Every day we thank you for this wonderful bubble of joy. And every day she continues to learn and amaze us. There is nothing on this earth more delightful or beautiful than a High Calling spaniel!

We check your website often to see how the other High Calling pups are doing. It was great to see a 9 year old fellow today. We often wonder about the other pups from Sasha's litter. (Dec 13 2011 - Gracie & Tic Tac). I recall that the boys went to California, West Virginia, and Aspen. I think the other little female went to a home in the Midwest.

We are up north at Georgian Bay for a few days. Sasha is asleep in the chair beside me in the afternoon sun - a happy girl!

Best wishes to all

Pat & Ron & Sasha

"Disney" from Silver Spring, Maryland~

Hi Sue,

Happy 2015!

Our adorable Disney is turning 4 years old this month. His parents were Rosie and Rio. He hasn't changed much in the last couple years. He is still energetic, playful, inquisitive, and loves to give us kisses all day long. He is a solid 35 lbs. Here is a picture of Disney last month, January 2015, sitting next to our Jacuzzi tub upstairs overlooking the snow in our backyard. Our Cockapoo turned 13 years old last November. She doesn't like to play with Disney, so we might get Disney a younger playmate someday. For now, the two are a joyous handful.

Speaking of Disney, we went on vacation last December to Disney World. We went to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. My favorite attraction was the safari ride in Animal Kingdom.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful year.

Nancy

"Bailey" from LeRoy, New York~

Hi Susan -

I hope this is still your email address for I have not written is so long. I hope you and your family are all doing well. We are doing great on this end.

I thought you might like to see our 9 1/2 year old Bailey. I cannot believe that he is that old already. He certainly does not act it. He is greatly loved and spoiled and would not have it any other way. :o) I often think of his brother and wonder how he is doing. Do you ever hear from those folks?

Well attached you will find our handsome boy.

Blessings on you and your day - Love ya - Pat
