Good morning, and Happy Sunday, Sue!
This is the day the Lord has made! Praise you, Jesus!

I hope you and Mike and your family are doing well! I hope you're enjoying Florida! My inlaws lived for many years and had a home in The Villages! Finding a home church is a big deal. I read on your blog that you did just that! Wonderful!

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you again for our beautiful and so very precious Twinkle! She is so smart! She loves to talk, and she pretty much runs the house around here! She loves her brother Teddy, and she is such a good example to him on how to behave! Teddy has his Championship. I wish I had shown Twinkle! When we were going to the shows, we would always bring Twinkle, and she was the most beautiful female around! Compliments came in galore from the cocker people on her!

I was wondering: Do you have a contact so I can purchase another puppy from your line, Sue? I hope your line is still being bred.

Well, I've attached a couple of photos of Twinkle and Ted!

May God continue to bless you and Mike abundantly with all good things that only comes from Him!!! Take good care! 😊

Lovingly,
Rebecca and Tim

Miss Sunny and Miss Molly from Vestal, New York~

Sue,

Just a chance that you still have this e-mail address. Thought you would like to know that the two girls we adopted from you in 2011 (Sunny and Molly) are providing us with extreme pleasure. Hard to believe that they will be 6 in August! Molly’s tail goes all the time! Sunny (with her coat on) is a little more subdued, but loves to roll on her back to have her tummy rubbed!

Hope this finds you in good health, and enjoying the summer.

Regards,

David and Lynn

Dear Mama Sue,
Not a day goes by that we don't thank you for our beautiful girls, Molly and Sunny. At three and a half years old, they are the sweetest, most loving dogs we have ever encountered. They are very definitely "people oriented", and love to be with us and snuggle. Being litter mates, they are VERY attached to each other, and are great companions. Molly had to have some extensive surgery on her knee last month, and the veterinarians at the Cornell Companion Animal Hospital were delighted with her personality. Several of them commented on her sunny disposition and the tail that never stopped wagging!
Our girls have dual citizenship now, as they have spent the last 2 summers at our summer cottage in Canada. They enjoy swimming, chasing seagulls, and being couch potatoes on the front porch. They love boating, and Sunny has been known to refuse to get out of the boat if she thinks we haven't had a long enough ride.
During the winter, we let their coats grow in, and with their full coats, they love to be outdoors in the snow. Both of them run full speed into the snow banks, burying their faces in the snow and coming up with snow everywhere! ( or they did...Molly is not allowed to play for another 6-8 weeks until her surgery is completely healed). They chase snowballs and the birds at our many feeders. Crows are especially worthy of attention.
These two sweethearts are very special to us, and we are so grateful that we can be counted as part of your cocker family. We hope this finds you and your family well, and WARM!

Lynn and David

Note from "Mama Sue"....

I just found these two emails from quite a long time ago. One was received in the middle of our move to Florida and the other one was received when Mike was so sick. I pray that David and Lynn forgive me for not getting them on the blog sooner! If any of our High Calling Cocker family has had this happen, please let me know and resend your emails to me so I can get them on the blog. Thank you and God bless you all!
