Dixon from Columbus, Mississippi~

Dear Susan,

I hope all of you are well. We are all doing fine. Dixon is amazing, as

usual. Tim says he's expecting him to talk any day. He is the smartest,

sweetest, most lovable puppy we have ever had. I say puppy because he still

has all those great puppy qualities. He is curious, energetic, and always

ready to play and interact with his family. We are so lucky to have him, and

we have you to thank for breeding such wonderful companions. He never meets

a stranger, and that tail never stops wagging. He does not like the broom,

so I put him in the den when I sweep the kitchen. He is also not fond of the

card table. He gets between me and Christian when I put it up like he's

protecting Christian from it. He is so cute!! He never really barks, just

woof-woofs if he's unsure of something. He loves his stuffed animals. And we

let him have them until the stuffing starts coming out, and then we have to

replace them. He loves his balls, too. He carries a small one almost

everywhere he goes hoping to get a game started. He has a ball that is about

7 or 8 inches in diameter that he plays with like a soccer ball. You should

see him use his feet. He is so agile. If I get my new camera for Christmas,

I will send you a video of Dixon in action. You will want him back, but we

just can't spare him. He is our baby. He goes to bed with the last one up,

and he stays in bed with the last one to get up. He always brings Christian

a toy when he is the last one to get up in the morning. He wrestles on the

floor with the boys, but he cuddles in my lap in our favorite chair. He also

sleeps beside me in the bed and lets me rub his tummy. He is perfect for all

of us, and we love him so. He is a great traveler and goes on frequent

outings with us.

We are out of school for a few weeks, so we are going to make the most

of it. Our little nieces will be here soon, and they love Dixon, too. Enjoy

the holiday with your family. You deserve it. We send a Christmas wish of

peace and happiness to you and your family, as we worship and celebrate our

Savior's birth.
Love,

Dixon, Tim, Christian, and Nancy
