Tristan

Here are some of Tristan after his haircut and playing with my grandson. They had a blast!
I absolutely love the slide show! It warms my heart to see all of the beautiful faces, including yours. I sat Tristan on my lap while watching it and he was spellbound. The Christmas one is especially beautiful, I watched it several times and teared up when I first saw it. You did a great job, and the puppies are glorious. I have to tell you, Tristan loves apples, carrots, and a little potato. I made some homemade chicken soup. I took out the cooked carrots and a little potato, and put them in his puppy chow, he took a taste, and looked at me with those beautiful wide eyes and licked my face! Sophie loves apples, so I cut a few slivers up for her to share with Tristan. He gobbled it up. I swear this puppy smiles..especially when he does something that he is proud of. I also baked a soup bone, you know the marrow ones, I always bake them for Sophie and Simon, and gave Tristan a little one this time. They don't splinter and are so good for the teething. He chewed on that for hours, and finally fell asleep, wearing himself out, so funny. I will keep in touch. Take good care of yourself, you are precious and a blessing to all your beautiful puppies and the families that are blessed to be able to have one. Love, Nancy

Tristan Update~

Sue,
Hope all is fine with you as it is here in New Jersey. We took Tristan to his second vet visit today, and they are all so in love with him, and he is in love with everybody. I asked him to sit in the vet's office and she said, I will be really impressed if he sits in here, and he did! Such a great disposition. He is absolutely 100% healthy and thriving. He weighs a little over 12 pounds now, getting bigger and more beautiful every day. So, he is caught up on his shots and will be groomed within the next week. He actually likes to get his ears cleaned! He didn't sleep in his crate last night, he slept in his new bed. I think he is completely potty trained, as he didn't have any accidents through the night. He can go down the stairs now, and out the doggy door. He also can sit on command, fetches, stays and gives paw as well, so smart and eager to please. I will send you his pictures after his grooming. We love him so much, and love you for allowing us to have this precious puppy. Love to all, Nancy

Riley~

Dear Sue,
Here are some photos taken of Riley today. He is so adorable! He has adjusted beautifully. Behaves in the house and in his crate, loves to run and chase the leaves, and responds well to everyone! Thought you might like to see these. Maureen

Cubby and Bailey

These are two little boys who just love to play! I thought you might like to know some little tricks or things they do that makes them very special indeed! 1.They love to help me clean up the plants around the pool-picking up dead leaves etc! They really do! 2. They just love fresh orange juice in the morning- especially to lick it off Daddy's finger- but they also drink it out of my glass! 3. They love green tea- much better than black tea with sugar in it! 4. They love to have their teeth brushed! 5. Bailey loves furry dolls to chew and Cubby loves balls! 6. When I jumped in the pool, they were totally confused and didn't know what to do but run back and forth to try to get me! 7. They love to see/chase the big birds down here! 8. Cubby Jr,.- more than Bailey- has discovered his voice and thinks it is his job to protect everyone- quite funny really as he is just so cute- not scary at all! LOL 9. They both can jump on and off the furniture and think they are quite hot stuff. 10. Last but not least, they are the friendliest, nice dispositions that I've ever seen! They are so incredibly happy little guys! I've attached-I hope- a pic or two recently. They are due for another grooming although I do comb them every day! Thanks so much for raising such wonderful little friends. They make us laugh and just so happy! Have a great week-end- Love & hugs & licks- Susan, Bailey and Cubby Jr.

Goldie's Birthday Party~

Well Goldie had a lot of fun at her first birthday party. She is such a great dog and smart too, must be in the genes. Gail and I could not have ask for a better companion and my hats off to you and your family for taking the time to breed such great Cockers. Goldie loves to float in our swimming pool and play Frisbee. She is no longer in a crate. She sleeps on the foot of our bed and hardly ever has a accident in the house. She also loves to go riding in the car or truck, when we say going "bye- bye" she runs to where we keep her leash near the garage door and stands until we are ready to go, tail wagging. We can’t explain how much she means to us and how much we love her. We just had her to the vet for a one year check up and she came back with flying colors all "AAA's" and our vet says she is the prettiest cocker he treats. Oh, and you were right when you said we need to be prepared for lots of grooming, she goes every other week but she is worth every penny we have spent on her.I hope you like the pictures, we took some of them the day before her birthday because she distracts easy and with all the people over for her birthday party we knew it would be hard to keep her still for very long. The picture of her with a guy holding her sitting on the floor is me, the other are self explanatory. Oh, the one where she is having cake and whip cream the cake is Angel food made with 12 eggs for extra protein.I put an extra picture in that I took this morning Goldie sitting in the yard.Thank you Susan... Gail, Ron and Goldie

Schatzie

We are so glad that Schatzie is with us! She has such a fun little personality. She has learned how to ring a bell that we have tied to the door when she has go out. She plays hide and seek with Rich now. But my favorite time is at the end of the day and we are just sitting down to watch tv until bed, she climbs on my lap and snuggles with me until bed time. Thank you for her Sue....she really is our sweet little girl!! Much love to you for all that you do to make peoples lives happier after losing their friends.

Lani Angelette~

Hello, Sue! We haven't talked to you in a while, but we are always thinking of you. We hope and pray you have recovered from that fall you had. Lani makes our house a home again! And, she is simply getting sweeter and more loveable all the time! We dropped her off at the groomer this morning, and the house felt really empty and strange without her at home to greet us. We can't imagine how we could cope without her. We are truly blessed! We took Lani for her last puppy shots today, and then she went to the groomer afterwards. (She had a FULL morning!) Since she was clean (for the moment) when she came home, we took some pictures of her, and we thought we would share them with you. I just attached the pictures to this email. If these attachments take too long to download, let me know and I won't do that way again. We hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we do! We love this dog! No, we LOVE this dog! God Bless the Martin family, and High Calling Cockers! ...Ken & Pam
